If you choose a one sided design the standard location of your design will be on the front with the handle to the left, as shown in the listing photo. Dishwasher & microwave safe. Design is imprinted into the mugs surface, it is not a sticker, so it will not scratch off. READ THOROUGHLY Full color custom designs available. How To Order 1) Select desired options from drop down menu (i.e., size, color, quantity). 2) Enter your desired wording in the personalization box. If you have a premade design see step 6. 3) If your order has the option for custom font, enter the desired font in the personalization box. 4) Fill out remainder personalization box while checking out. Enter NA if there are no changes. 5) Proofs are sent for ALL coffee mug orders. Ensure you respond to the proof approval ASAP. 6) Select a shipping upgrade if desired. 7) For orders with custom artwork, send an email to orders@studiodecals.com. Additional Information - The Buy Now button on Etsy is only for a quantity of 1 with standard shipping. If you require more than 1, then be sure to click the Add to cart button instead. - Please check additional images in our listing to see all colors available. Shipping & Delivery - All orders have a processing time shown on the listing, this is the time it takes to prepare & ship out your order. - Proofs will delay the processing time by as many days it takes to receive an approval of the proof. Shipping times will also be affected by proofs & proof approvals. For example, if proof approval takes 3 days, shipping & delivery dates need to be adjusted by 3 days.
