On offer is this rather unique duo. Both spoons are in good condition overall, the silver plating has completely worn off exposing the base nickel silver which has polished up a treat. There are notable specs, scuffs & scratches commensurate with age but as shown all adding to the aged charm & character of the piece. They're of traditional form & have been decorated with old English fiddle pattern terminals. Both handles have been impressed with a design for Devonshire Buildings, Huddersfield, W M Lockwood - retailer - mostly watches. Sheffield produced circa late 19th century. They measure 13.5cm (just over 5 & 1/4 inches) in length & are ready to be collected & enjoyed once again!
