Description
This large outdoor gas plancha has a sleek, modern look. Easy to use, the plancha has four 2.5kw stainless steel burners with piezo ignition. For use with low-pressure butane or propane, it requires an 8mm hose and either a 28bar regulator for butane or a 37bar regulator for propane. A healthy method of cooking, with four burners, you can create different heat zones on the huge griddle so you can cook a variety of ingredients at the same time. The fat drains through a hole in the griddle into a grease collection tray and can be removed from the side of the plancha for cleaning.
