Bake almost any kind of pizza, bread or cake in your Weber charcoal barbecue with this pizza stone, made of cordierite which absorbs moisture and gives you a light and crispy thin crust.
Suitable for all full-size Weber charcoal and gas barbecues, the stone neatly fits into place on the GBS (Gourmet BBQ System) cooking grate. Carry it by the handles but make sure you wear barbecue gloves.
Make the pizza on baking paper, place it on the preheated stone in the barbecue, remove the baking paper after three to four minutes, finish cooking until the base is perfectly crisp and you'll have the perfect pizza every time.
