If your child falls asleep, the optimized reclining headrest prevents their head from tipping forward, ensuring that it remains in the safety zone at all times which is particularly important in the event of a side collision. Not only does the softly padded headrest recline, but it's also height-adjustable to 12 positions, growing with your child all the way from 3 up to 12 years old. The head protectors grow to give your little one personal space when they require it, and the headrest can be adjusted with just one hand. Fitting is simple and safe as it attaches to your vehicle's ISOFIX anchorage points, held in place securely whether your child is with you on the journey or not. If your vehicle doesn't have ISOFIX anchorage points, you can still use the S2 i-Fix because the seat's connectors can be simply folded up and away if not used. A series of coloured belt guides on the seat help to ensure correct installation. An integrated ventilation system supports a comfortable body temperature even when the temperature outside is high. A further series of mesh ventilation channels run through the backrest and seat components to make one cool kid. Featuring an extra-wide and deep plush cushioned seat, and a reclining backrest to adjust to the vehicle's seat perfectly, the S2 i-Fix really keeps your little one comfy and safe for longer. The energy-absorbing shell of the S2 i-Fix is flexible to absorb the forces of an impact and protect your child, while the beautiful fabric cover can be removed easily from the shell and machine-washed at 30 degrees. The Advanced Linear Side-Impact Protection (LSP) on the side of the shell offers increased safety during a side-impact collision.
