The Balance i-Size Car Seat will see your little one through from when they outgrow their infant carrier until they no longer need a car seat - from 15 months right through to 12 years old.The Balance has two different stages of use; the first is from 9 to 20.5kg. This is when your little one will use the 5-point safety harness. Once they reach 20.5kg they can move onto the second function. This is where the 3-point seat belt in your car holds them in place. There is no need to stress about moving between stages, the harness stows away easily and neatly in the back of the seat.To ensure your little one is comfortable while they are travelling Silver Cross has bought in a range of solutions. Firstly, there are 9 headrest positions that are super easy to adjust so your little one is not only comfy but safe. Then there are the 4 recline positions so you can find the best position for your little one. The seats are made with soft natural bamboo fabric which is great for sensitive skin as well as wicking away moisture to keep your little one comfy. There is an adjustable and removable insert to give your little one a snug and comfortable feeling while they are travelling.The seat is fitted using the ISOFIX connectors as well as a top tether for a secure fit. There are green indicators on both the ISOFIX connections and the top tether clip so you can see it is installed correctly.
