Your mattress will be dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days to most places in mainland UK however if you live in a beautiful but remote area your delivery might take longer. Please note that we deliver to mainland UK only. The day before delivery you will receive an email advising you of timeslot. The day of delivery you will receive your confirmed booking slot. 30 minutes before delivery you will receive a call from the driver. Mattress delivery to your room of choice is free of charge. Items can only be returned if damaged or faulty. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to activate the 100 Night Comfort Trial we will exchange your mattress for a different comfort level or refund your order. The Trial starts the day you receive your mattress and ends before midnight on the last of the 100 nights. For validation a mattress protector must be used to protect your mattress from stains.
