Also, it's kitted out with a Shimano 105/Ultegra 11-Speed drivetrain with an FSA Compact crankset at its core. This gearset shifts with outstanding efficiency and smooth performance while also ensuring superb reliability thought-out use. Plus, this bike features Shimano direct mount caliper rim brakes, with the rear being mounted on the lower chainstay. This direct-mount system provides enhanced aerodynamics, superior stopping power and better braking efficiency. DMMT: Double Mold Monocoque Technology With this construction technique of the latest generation carbon frames, all possible internal imperfections are eliminated. This is made possible by internal support that keeps the carbon layup process stable. The fibre compaction process is continuously controlled during the "cooking" phase by the double mold that allows production at higher pressures than the traditional use of the "plastic bag", giving the final product a resistance of 20% higher and lower weight. S120 Technology Rigidity test whose result expresses the ratio between applied force N (newton) and deformation of the frame mm (millimetres). The higher this figure, the stiffer the frame.
