The book is now in the collection of the Royal Horticultural Societys Lindley Library. An indulgent selection of hand decorated Belgian pralines and ganache, including star, walnut and pinecone shapes. Decadent milk, dark and white chocolates including salted caramel, forest fruit, Christmas pudding, dark chocolate cherry liqueur and milk chocolate ganache, and hazelnut and walnut pralines.
