Becky created her 'Breakfast with Friends' artwork as a creative response to the week 63 'Still Here Still Life' drawing prompt, based on a still life photograph by Roxane Tardy. Becky is an avid fan and contributor to 'Still Here Still Life', the viral drawing challenge created by Tess Smith-Roberts and Zena Kay with the aim of keeping people creative during the events of 2020. Becky Mann is an English illustrator based in Leeds. She uses a wide mixture of different influences in her work including British culture, favourite animals and food, along with her love of music and film. She often uses bright colours and found images to interpret her ideas. Having previously studied fine art printmaking at Brighton University, Becky combines the traditional principles and techniques of printmaking with contemporary digital processes.
