Compatible with cranks that use a 5-bolt, 130BCD mounting format, this chainring possesses an innovative oval shape to maximise the rider’s power on the downstroke of the pedalling cycle but reduce resistance through the dead spot. This format helps to increase pedalling efficiency and smoothness and reduce stress on the knees. Includes 1 x inner chainring Please note: longer chainring bolts will be needed to mount this chainring if an absoluteBLACK outer chainring is also being used. These longer bolts can be purchased separately.
