It is suitable for cranksets that use a 5-bolt, 130BCD format and boasts an innovative oval shape. This shape places the peak of the oval exactly where the rider is pushing the most power, but minimises resistance through the dead spot of the pedalling cycle. This configuration helps to reduce oxygen consumption and fatigue and lowers the risk of overuse injuries. Gear shifting is kept crisp and reliable, thanks to the ring’s six-point ramp and recess design. Includes 1 x inner chainring Please note: longer chainring bolts will be needed to mount this chainring.
