Ludovica & Roberto Palomba, the legendary Italian design couple, rethink the archetypal rocking chair with Rider. Minimalist and refined, this lounge chair consists of a rigid polyurethane structure which is padded to provide great comfort. A perfect balance between craftsmanship and technology, the structure is covered with superb cowhide leather: requiring real know-how, this traditional manual sewing technique guarantees extreme strength. The quilted grey fabric cover (removable) brings a cosy, elegant dimension to the whole. Clean and slender, the fine structure with its curved line is a real sculpture. Resolutely avant-garde in terms of design, Rider is a sculptural, singular piece that escapes conformism. Its curved, ergonomic shapes adapt perfectly to the shape of the body. Rider lets you stretch out and fully relax. A small movement of the foot generates the oscillating movement, creating emotion and a special bond with the object.
