The Yow Teahupoo is the biggest board from the YOW Power Surfing series and a good option for beginners and big skaters. The large wheelbase gives you a stable ride and a really good feel when pumping. Riding style The movement on the YOW board is so similar to that on a surfboard that it acts as a surf trainer, as you directly learn the posture and weight shift required for surfing. The YOW System The wide turn of the front truck allows extremely tight turns. The YOW Meraki (V5) surfskate system comes with a fully re-engineered design of the front truck. All dispensable parts of the old YOW system got removed without changing the patented spring system. The essential parts of the front truck have been reinforced, while additionally reducing the overall weight. Setup The trucks and wheels perfectly fit the size of the deck. The soft wheels provide excellent grip and speed, even on rough surfaces.
