The barbells are a great upgrade to your home training set up especially if your looking for a longer bar for comfortable squat and lifting workouts. Ideal for building your strength and endurance the barbell weighs 9 KG and can be used up to a maximum weight of 150 KG. The Spinlock version includes 2 high quality solid steel spinlock collars. With the Straight barbell version you will need to purchase the 1" Spring Collars. The advantage of a straight bar over spinlock is that weight plates can be changed quicker.
