DaftGiraffe The Torvi scaffold shelf is handcrafted in England from a single piece of solid wood, sitting on strong rustic lipped brackets. Scaffold board shelves make a great addition to your home, not only as a fantastic way to organise things around the house, such as a scaffold bookcase. Scaffold shelves add a different style to your home, thanks to the beautiful rustic design. We bring the wood back to life by sanding each individual solid piece of wood, which brings out the natural grains, knots, grooves and nicks. We then use a light layer of oak stain to help draw out all the character to the surface. The stain also provides a protective layer to the timber. The scaffold shelf is then varnished to protect the wood and to make it easy to clean. As well as being full of character, these planks are incredibly strong and can bear a good amount of weight. We only ever use great quality timber which is sustainably sourced from a charity partner. Size: 19cm H x 90cm W x 23cm D
