Returns: Due to the product being personalised we will not be able to issue refunds, unless the item has arrived with you damaged, in this case please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept returns once the 30 days have passed. Refunds will not be granted unless the item is returned to us. Buyer pays return postage.
