Dutch product designer Suzanne Oude Hengel has brought a modern and innovative approach to the time-honoured craft of knitting, describing herself as a designer and technician in equal parts. Hengels Future 73 capsule builds on the experiments she conducted during her work for Construct 10061 - a project in collaboration with Conceptkicks where every six months a team of the best footwear innovators and creators from around the world rethink each step of Timberlands boot-making process. This particular collaborative design brings together our legendary and bold boot heritage with futuristic textiles and style.
