The Isla, like all of our bags, is handcrafted in our workshop in the heart of England. With a unique circular shape, intricate detailing, rivets on the top handle and a magnetic closure cleverly disguised as a buckle, this is the perfect bag to carry on a day out in the sun or an evening al fresco. Carry it by its top handle or wear it crossbody using its adjustable and detachable leather strap. Complete with branded hardware and our iconic bicycle logo proudly embossed on the reverse, The Isla boasts a vintage feel due to its heritage inspiration, but is meticulously crafted to suit the modern wearer. If left in direct sunlight there is a chance that the colour of your bag may fade. You may choose to care for your leather bag as with other leather products, by using an appropriate protector. Again, please remember to test any product on an unobtrusive section of your bag beforehand. Although leather is very durable, it is not indestructible. Exposure to extreme cold or heat and improper care or cleaning can crack and dry leather skin, as well as remove finishes and colours. Your bag will age over time; please don't panic as this is normal as it is a natural product. Ordinary Vaseline works well on minor scuffs and abrasions to buff your bag. As well as this, we recommend Delicate Cream to clean and care for the leather. This will assist in reviving and restoring colour to the bag.
