In particular, be careful with chemicals and lotions such as perfumes, skin creams, nail polish etc. Put your jewellery on when your skin has absorbed any of these chemicals. This also goes for sweat, don't exercise or do heavy activity with it on. Avoid swimming with it due to the chlorine. After each use, clean the jewellery piece with a soft cloth to remove any dust or dirt. For a deeper clean, use a soft cloth, warm soapy water and a very soft toothbrush. Don't use anti-bacterial soaps or jewellery solutions such as silver dip. To avoid scratches wrap in a cloth or keep it in the pouch or jewellery box given.
