Rhodolite Garnet: This berry red gemstone was thought to revitalize, purify and balance energy to bring serenity. GOLD VERMEIL: Gold Vermeil is a thick layer of 2. 5mm gold plated on sterling silver to give that much-desired golden colour. Vermeil is a much thicker layer of gold, which lasts longer than standard gold plating. We use 18ct gold vermeil on Silver. Care: Avoid prolonged contact with water as this can wore off plating faster. Often clean with a polishing cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with any harsh chemicals, perfumes, solutions, and chlorine water as this can damage the plating. With proper care, vermeil plating can last longer and in most cases can be easily re-plated as needed.
