Description
Ideal for fitness classes such as Body Pump. Includes 2 x 5Kg weight plates, 2 x 2.5Kg weight plates, 2 x 1.25Kg weight plates and 1 x 2.5Kg lightweight barbell bar. Includes 20cm receiving area at either end of the bar, 2 x quick release spring collars included. The bar itself is 1; big while the plates filled with compacted cement mixture, all plates plastic-coated which prevents scratches and scuffs to floor area. This weight set is designed for both normal barbell exercises and pump workouts. It is best to use with a stepping board for pump exercises. Tri-grip weights are designed with built-in handle grips which make loading onto bars safer and easier. They can also be used independently of barbell bar for a range of exercises including front raises, lateral raises and shrugs. Total weight 20kg. Size H27.5, W27.5, D140cm.
