Our designer Rochelle Gregory came across basket weavers in Ubud and was mesmerised by their skills, the design team worked closely to create leather smocking texture featured on the jacket. The texture design was inspired by scales on snakes. Rochelle became fascinated with what they represented as snakes in the spiritual world represent new beginnings & transformation which was very fitting for the REBIRTH collection.
