There is a strange likeness between humans and ammonites. They both have a shell, a hard external armour protecting the tender, vulnerable person/creature inside. This necklace is ethically and consciously crafted from 100% recycled solid sterling silver. This shell pendant has been oxidised in the recesses, evoking a distressed and weathered feel, connecting the wearer to a distant past. We recommend removing jewellery when exercising, cleaning, swimming/bathing, applying lotion, perfume or make up. We personally like to see the patina change over time however a silver polishing cloth can also be used to give your pieces new life when looking dull.
