During the early 1600's it was customary for the Lord of the Manor to give his bride a piece of silver as a wedding gift. This was often symbolically represented by a sixpence coin, the tradition of the sixpence as a symbol of good luck continues today. The Sixpence coin necklace, encased in a protective arc has become a must have Wolf and Zephyr piece.Wolf and Zephyr Tip- wear with our Moonstone Gemstone Necklace.Composition: Sterling Silver, chain and pendant As Featured In: Marie Claire, Daily Mail To ensure your Wolf and Zephyr pieces stay bright and shiny for as long as possible, keep them away from chemicals such as perfume and chlorine, and store them in a cool dry place in an individual box to avoid your jewellery tangling or scratching each other. Please note vermeil items are not suitable to be exposed to hand-sanitisers, as they may contain chemicals that fade the jewellery.
