Description
If you like cooking for a lot of people, you can do worse than with a Silit vegetable pot. Thanks to its large capacity, it is ideal for soups, stews, and pasta. The high sides make it particularly useful when considering rising heat - spinach is easy to blanch and it is easy to steam vegetables gently. Simply add a little water and cook the ingredients in the steam - the tight lid keeps it all in the pot. Despite being called a vegetable pot, it's also great for strong meat and chicken broths. Even dumplings have sufficient space and won't stick together while you're cooking them. The well-designed rim makes pouring safe. Capacity: 5.3 L
