Description
Rosalind Wheeler Flower meadows are colloquially called species-rich meadows, which have many flowering herbaceous plants. In past centuries, these meadows were created unintentionally by the traditional forms of agricultural land use customary at that time, but today they can usually only be maintained or, if necessary, reestablished through special measures. In gardens and in horticulture and landscaping, the flower meadow is above all an aesthetic design objective, offering different aspects of colour and growth height in the course of the seasons. The painting is hand-painted and covered on canvas.
