Wi-Fi & the app – Our range of Wirelessly (Wi-Fi) controlled, energy efficient LED light bulbs can be controlled via your smartphone or tablet using our free lighting app. Unlike a lot of other bulbs on the market, our lamps are controlled via Wi-Fi, not Bluetooth meaning you can control the lights over a much larger range. As long as you have a Wi-Fi connection, you can control our bulbs. The app allows you to do the following: Multi Zone – You can install multiple light bulbs into a room / zone and name that particular zone on the app, you can also set-up additional zones on the app if you wish (living room, kitchen etc…). You can then tell all of the lights in that selected zone to either turn on/off, change colour or adjust brightness (see below for more information). The app gives you the freedom to control all lights individually or per zone at the same time as you see fit. On/Off – The app lets you turn on/off connected bulbs. You can still simply turn the bulbs on/off using your existing light switches, just make sure that your light switches are set to on if you want to control your lights via the app. Colour Changing & Dimming – Our Wi-Fi light bulbs are tunable through the RGB spectrum of light. Using the app, you can set these bulbs to a variety of colours such as red, blue, green, teal, purple, pink, etc. There is also a warm white setting that is ensures a normal, bright light setting for lamps. You can also dim each bulb using the app to set the desired mood. – please note, bulbs will power up to the last used light settings when the lights are turned on.Timer – Each bulb can be set with a timer to turn on and to turn off.
