Description
This Kuhn Rikon Wide Peeler is 9cm long, roughly twice the length of most peelers. Whereas most peelers are typically of a similar, short length - perfect for peeling small vegetables and fruit, but not so good for larger fruit and vegetables. The supersharp stainless steel blade will easily peel squash and it's excellent for cutting ribbons of courgettes or carrots. Use the peeler for cutting up cabbage finely or for slicing cheese. The ergonomically curved handle sits well in the hand and can be used in either the left or righ hand. The Wide Peeler is supplied with a blade guard to reduce the risk of injury and to prevent the blades from becoming blunt in the cutlery drawer.
