The Welcome outdoor furniture collection stands out for its aerial structure made of steam-curved teak slats using an ancient craft technique. A must-have in summer, teak gives a warm and authentic style to your garden or terrace. The bronze metal feet add a contemporary dimension to the silhouette. The openwork teak structure comes with its own soft cushions with removable covers made of a waterproof acrylic fabric, resistant to UV rays and mould. On some models from the Welcome collection, teak is combined with a superb covering in hand-woven rope using refined, sophisticated traditional techniques. Teak is an exceptional wood, refined and timeless. Used in iconic places such as boat decks, it has excellent technical characteristics: stable, durable, soft to the touch and pleasantly fragrant, it gains a patina indoors, taking on a golden brown hue over time, or oxidises outdoors, which does not affect its properties in any way, but gives it a characteristic silver-grey hue Unopiù uses Grade A-category solid teak. It is the most noble wood, obtained from the central part of the trunk and sourced from Indonesian plantations certified in compliance with ecological parameters.
