The punch juicer simply crushes the fruit using the force of water alone. The principle is very simple. The juicer can be connected to a tap and a drain using the 0.75" connectors. Then place the juicing bag into the basket, and fill the large, 20 L basket with fruit. Finally, fit the waterproof splash guard, then turn on the tap to start the juicing process. As the water flows in, it fills a rubber membrane, which expands to produce up to 20 tons of pressure. This forces the fruit against the juicing basket's steel grid, crushing it. The extracted juice flows down the splash guard and runs into the collecting ring, before pouring into the collection container below. In this way, you can extract up to 10 L of juice from 15kg of apples! When the extraction process is finished, the pump can be easily removed with the filter cloth. The steel press can then be easily cleaned with hot water, ready for your next batch of juice.
