The card game Joking Hazard puts the creative control in the players' hands. Each comic is a tiny little story you're creating from scratch. That story can go in a direction as good or terrible as you are. The player who is the judge flips the top card off the draw pile then adds one of their own cards on either side, making the setup. Other players then put in their best punchline, face down. The judge shuffles and picks the funniest one.
