See the beautifully reconstructed theatre on the bankside of the Thames, situated just a few hundred yards from the original site which was built in 1599, where an expert guide will be on hand to take you on a fascinating tour of the iconic globe, bringing the theatre to life with colourful stories of 16th century drama. Explore the exhibition beneath the stage, with a complimentary audio guide to provide additional insights and background to early theatre productions, from writing and rehearsals to costume and music, and even how sound effects were created in the theatre more than 400 years ago. To complete your experience you will be treated to a delicious two course meal from a set menu at a nearby restaurant, choices include Planet Hollywood, Cabana the Spaghetti House or similar.
