Guided Tour, Tasting and Lunch for Two at Sheppy's House of Cider Visit Somerset to sample some of the county's very finest, with a guided tour, tasting and lunch for two at Sheppy's House of Cider. Enjoy a meal at the Apple Bay Restaurant. Choose from the artisan menu, with best local produce and their award-winning Longhorn beef burger. Then it'll be out to the orchards to learn all about the amazing apples grown on the farm. Your tour will take you through the fermentation processes in the vat houses and 200 years of Sheppy's history in the rural life museum. Finish off with a fully guided tasting of a selection of Sheppy's award winning ciders and take home a bottle to share. Minimum age 18. All buildings are fully accessible however the walk to the orchard is along a farm track. Available weekends from March to November. Subject to availability. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Upon purchasing an experience you will be entitled to the validity stated within this description. If/when you are within 3 months of the voucher expiry date and restrictions are still in place, Virgin Experience Days are offering free extensions to allow the customer to use at a later date. This is being reviewed regularly in line with Government advice and updates.
