With this masterclass you'll learn a little more about the science behind delicious sweet making starting off in style with a welcome glass of Prosecco a cool beer or a soft drink before getting down to the task of choosing the flavours for your rainbow swirl lollipops. As soon as the masterclass begins it'll be time to set about crafting your delicious multi coloured lollipop creations. With several creations to take home at the end you'll have either some tasty mementos or ideal gifts to show off your new-found expertise.
