Designed during lockdown, Vintouch's Per Aspera Ad Astra collection is a reminder to the wearer that even thru the hardest times it is possible to reach for the stars. This necklace is strung with a blue lapis lazuli and a tiny crystal-encrusted star. It's handcrafted in the brand's studios from 18-karat gold-plated silver and it is adjustable for a shorter or longer drop. Cast from 18 karat gold over Sterling Silver. (1 micron thickness). To protect gold-plating from natural oxidation, a 0.10 micron palladium plate is applied before the gold-plating process. Palladium is an anti-oxidizing precious metal.Handmade in our own studios in Naples, Italy. We suggest to avoid the piece to get in contact with soaps, cosmetics, detergents and chlorine, that could alterate its natural characteristics.When it is not worn, keep your jewelry piece in its bag in order to protect it from natural oxidation.Only if necessary, use a suede cloth and delicately clean the surface of the Jewel.Each one of our jewel is nichel-free and realized in full compliance with the Reach/Rohs directives from UE.
