Our 18k Gold Vermeil jewelry is crafted from a base of 100% recycled Sterling silver, covered in a thick layer of 100% recycled 18k gold. To be labeled Vermeil, the plating must have a thickness of at least 2.5 microns. This is up to five times thicker than regular gold plating and ensures lasting quality. Pieces that usually see faster wear and tear, like rings, feature an even thicker gold plating of 3 micron.All our pieces have the 925 stamp, showing that the base of the jewelry pieces is made from Sterling silver. They also feature our VEYIA stamp, indicating our designs are registered and protected.We recommend taking off your jewelry before washing your hands, showering or swimming, and avoiding contact with cosmetics, perfumes, chlorinated or sea water, harsh chemicals and cleaning agents.
