Master 23 SPS open tubular 23 mm section guarantees lower rolling resistance and unrivalled sprint for acceleration. Master 23 SPS are made with the same 320 TPI (thread per inch) casing as Veloflex tubulars to offer lower rolling resistance and greater flexibility.
