The 16.1 megapixel APS HD CMOS sensor works together with the latest generation Bionz processor to ensure large amounts of image data can be handled effortlessly, low noise stills and Full HD. The Sony A57 SLT allows incredible shooting speeds of up to 12 frames per second in Tele-zoom Continuous Advance Priority AE mode and the 15-point AF system with 3 cross sensors assures fast, accurate TTL phase detection autofocus.
