For example, choose this sturdy table top in recycled teak with a sturdy, metal border. Material Teak is a tropical hardwood and a very durable wood. Teakwood has a dark brown/red colour which looks very luxurious. This type of wood is characterised by a tight, straight grain and is therefore very suitable for processing. However, outdoor use can cause discolouration or hairline cracks in the wood. This does not affect the construction. The metal in our collections has various finishes, such as powder coating and brass/antique brass. A powder coating provides a luxurious matt look and protects the metal for life. Powder coating is a lacquer that is attached to the metal using high temperatures. Do not clean teak with too much water, as this will cause the wood fibres to stand up and make the furniture very rough. All our metals in the collection have been thoroughly treated and do not require re treatment. Should the metal be damaged, please consult a specialised paint shop. Treated metal is easy to clean with a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent, drying the surface afterwards ensures a streak free result. Delivery The Combi Tablo packages are delivered separately and are easy to assemble using the assembly instructions provided. The Utrecht leg is delivered separately and is easy to mount under the Tablo table top thanks to the drilling pattern. To protect hard floors, place felt glides on the underside of the legs.
