Fast-absorbing, non-greasy, non-sticky, transparent UVA and UVB (SPF50) sun protection gel with GSP for Infrared protection - ideal for active sportspeople, quick and easy to apply. This advanced water-resistant formula is ideal for all outdoor, water sports and gardening enthusiasts and is even gentle enough to use on the scalp. Free from preservatives, mineral oils and perfumes. Flammable - contains alcohol. To use: Apply to clean dry skin, ideally indoors, 15 minutes before sun exposure. Avoid contact with eyes and clothes. Does not contain: - Perfume: the combination of perfume ingredients and UV rays can lead to unwanted pigmentation disorders/stain formation. -Mineral oils: mineral oils together with emulsifying agents and UVA rays can lead to sun allergies in the form of Mallorca acne. -Emulsifiers: emulsifying agents together with mineral oils and UVA rays can lead to sun allergies in the form of Mallorca acne. -Silicones: the long-term use of silicone in cosmetics is controversial. -PEG/PPG: Makes the skin permeable, allowing pollutants to enter the skin. -Aluminium compounds: The use of aluminium in cosmetics has been debated. -Octocrylene: Relatively high rates of skin allergy (Krause 2012, Bryden 2006, Hayden 2005) -Preservatives: Ultrasun uses absolutely no preservatives (no parabens, no phenoxyethanol, no methylisothiazolinone). This is due to its very stable formulation and the top quality airless packaging.
