Jerk blocks are an essential piece of equipment in any S&C facility. They provide the athlete with a platform to master their jerk techniques without the need to re-rack or catch the bar. You can adjust these boxes to the required height allowing you to work from a multiple of positions. These blocks will not move or jump when the bars are dropped. These blocks have been made to the highest specifications. They have been CNC manufactured for a precision fit. They are made from high-quality birch plywood, which is doubled up on each layer. To add even more protection we have made a specific 60mm adjustable drop area that can be used on each block. Each stack contains four separate height blocks (8 in total) - 39cm, 30cm, 15cm, 6cm These blocks are made to order. We can adjust the height, width, and amount of blocks. We can even engrave your gyms name and logos. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks production time.
