They're part of a third generation of coffee growers, working tirelessly to process and export quality coffee obtained from farms within the area. There's plenty of those to choose from too: the mill is located in Ocotal and surrounded by coffee-growing land, which means producers are able to deliver their coffee cherries to the dry mill the same day they've been harvested.
