There is a smooth transition between the blade and handle, while a pronounced hand guard minimises finger slippage and ensures safety during use. As the knife has been punched, it is particularly light, which also supports comfortable use. The bread knife with a 20 cm blade is made of high-quality ZWILLING special formula steel. The special stainless steel of the ice-hardened FRIODUR blade is refined and has very good cutting edge retention and corrosion resistance.
