The 250W Bosch Active motor and 300Wh battery add assistance up to 25kph (15.5mph), taking much of the effort out of riding, leaving just the freedom and convenience, meaning that it will quickly become the preferred option over the car. The frame’s geometry is upright and comfortable, for good visibility and confidence in traffic whilst the step-through design allows easier mounting and dismounting. Comfort is enhanced by the 50mm travel SR Suntour suspension fork and wide tyres that will soak up any imperfections in the road's surface. With seven hub-based gears and a single front ring, the bike is low maintenance and simple to operate with the added advantage that a different gear can be selected even when stationary at traffic lights or a junction. Hydraulic disc brakes work very well in all weather conditions, giving increased control without having to pull hard on the lever. Further underlining its convenience and suitability about town, the bike has an integrated lock, full mudguards and a kickstand for parking it up.
