Internally reinforced with superior Black Diamond coating that is seven times stronger than other coatings, prevents food from sticking to the pan, making for an effortless food release and exceptional clean. Its heavy-duty aluminised steel construction is strong and hardwearing, while warp resistant under high temperatures in the oven up to 260C/500F. It is safe to use metal utensils on the pan without causing damage or scratches due to its high abrasion resistance, and is suitable for use in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher although hand wash is recommended to maintain the pans finish. With excellent heat retention and distribution, every inch of your chosen bake will be cooked evenly full of flavour.
