Description
Creating a movement by driving awareness and conversation on a Goal that matters most to you, #TOGETHERBAND aims to inform, inspire and empower over a billion people in the Goals via creative culture; sustainable fashion, contemporary art, music and documentary film. Each #TOGETHERBAND bracelet embodies the spirit of the global goals. Made from ocean plastic, for every #TOGETHERBAND bracelet sold, 1kg of plastic is removed from marine environments. Each pack contains two bands, one to wear and one to share. The clasp is made from humanium metal upcycled from decommissioned seized illegal firearms in Central America, helping to end armed violence and rebuild conflict-torn societies. Handmade by skilled artisans in Nepal and Brazil, this bracelet supports goal 2 for better allocating and exploitation of food resources so that hunger is eliminated. The bracelet has a signature bottle top shape clasp. The regular bracelet has a wraparound adjustable strap while the mini one uses a knot slide on its adjustable strap. 100% of proceeds from each #TOGETHERBAND are used to spread the word about the Global Goals and fund life-changing projects to build a better future for us all. More about goal 2 Our planet has immense natural resources. There should be plenty of food for everyone, yet millions remain malnourished. If we work together to promote sustainable agriculture and modern technologies, we can feed the world's population and make sure no-one suffers from hunger.
