The Tiffen 58mm Neutral Density 0.9 Filter is designed to reduce the amount of light passing through the camera lens without changing the colours of the scene. ND filters are often used in bright conditions when shooting landscapes or using long exposures to capture blurred motion effects. This ND 0.9 filter reduces the light by three f-stops.
