Description
Peony ‘Bowl of Beauty’ is a hardy perennial with huge, fragrant, pink and cream flowers that are excellent for cutting. This outstanding variety has massive blooms, up to 20cm across, with a gorgeous fragrance. Large, rounded, pink petals form a huge bowl in the centre of which is creamy ruff of smaller, ribbon-like petals. These giant anemone-like blooms are held on robust stems, making them wind and rain resistant. It flowers in early to midsummer and was introduced in 1949. Height: 100cm (40”). Spread: 80cm (32”).
