This is an unusual exotic addition to your garden. It flowers during the winter/spring months, so adds that extra splash of colour on the cold, grey days. The flowers are red and yellow blend and tubular shaped so they hang down in a curtain of colour, against a backdrop of dark, evergreen leaves.It is a tender shrub which means that it will need to be protected against the cold in the winter period, and ideally kept in a warm conservatory or heated green-house.
